Most of us doing equity and community health work already understand that systems cause harm and people carry it. What's harder to hold is that we carry it too. We over-function. We stay responsive at our own expense. We bring enormous skill to the room and leave ourselves outside of the space.
I work with health justice leaders ready to bring the same quality of attention to their inner life that they bring to the work as groundwork for creating new systems.
HOW I WORK
Presence-forward. Co-creative. Unhurried.
I work with leaders doing real and hard things — in sessions that are relational, embodied, and unhurried. I'm not here to fix anything or tell you what you already know. I am here to help you drop in — to go to the hard places with support, unearth what's already there for growth and learning, and find a deeper relationship with yourself.
The coaching relationship itself is co-creative. Wisdom lives in you; I hold the space.
I am completing my ICF-accredited certification with the Blooming Willow Healing-Centered Coaching program, whose liberation and healing-centered model and methods ground my practice. I arrive at this work through my own embodied practices, including returning to the piano, where music is serving as a form of pause that language can't always reach.

Individual
One-on-one coaching
Sessions rooted in healing-centered coaching methods. We move at the pace of integration, not urgency, rooting in what's present, sensing what's emerging, releasing what's heavy. We hold the both / and of being human - co-creating space to find innate wisdom that supports your becoming.
Relational
Peer coaching
Offered through Leadership in Tension. A co-created space for leaders who want to do this work alongside a peer. Our shared leadership space is honest, grounded, and built on the understanding that healing happens in relationship. We build skills in peer coaching, hold complexity, and navigate a path forward with integrity and clarity.
